She has  not looked back since. She managed sponsorships and events as Wine Experience Manager  and Consumer Marketing Manager for the BC VQA Marketing department for the largest Canadian  owned producer and distributor of wine.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #6f6f6f;">Prior to that, Ladawne spent 12 years building her experience in marketing, branding and events through project management roles and as an account manager with one of Canada&#8217;s largest Communications and Advertising Agencies.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #6f6f6f;">Today, this BC gal has a passion for all things creative and continues to keep a finger on the wine pulse as a marketing consultant and freelance event specialist for the wine industry.</span></p>
